Metrohm 930 PEEK Professional Intelligent IC PC controlled with  GLP / GMP compliance for analysis of Anions and Cations consisting of :

  • The 930 Compact IC Flex ChS/PP is the intelligent Compact IC instrument with chemical suppression and a peristaltic pump  for regeneration. The instrument can be used with any separation and detection methods
  • Equipped with the intelligent system components , low detection limits are possible.
  • The intelligent system components guarantee accurate and precise results and exclude the possibility of operator errors to a maximum extent.
  • The 930 Compact IC Flex ChS/PP can be operated with full automation. Working in combination with Metrohm inline sample preparation techniques such as Inline Ultrafiltration, Inline Dilution or Inline Dialysis is also possible at any time.

Application

Ion Chromatography can be used to characterize the different cations and anions present in the air composition and water or wastewater obtained from effluents of domestic, industrial and commercial sources. It provides the inorganic ions present in the water including Anions: Chloride, Bromate, Bromide, Phosphate, Sulphate, Nitrate, Nitrite, Fluoride, Organic Acids Selenium, Arsenic, Chromium; and Cations: Lithium, Sodium,Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Ammonium, Barium, Strontium. The instrument may

also be capable to analyse the samples related biological, biotechnical, chemical, agricultural, material science and food processing disciplines.

Experiment :

In specific the samples from the following research fields are considered:

  • Air pollution filter papers for respirable (e.g PM10) and finer (e.g PM5) aerosol, water and wastewater effluents from domestic, industrial and commercial sources.
  • Samples in the form of filter papers (air quality related) and liquid samples (water and wastewater related) can be analyzed.
