The Agilent 6545XT Q-TOF LC/MS is a liquid chromatograph-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer. Combining with Agilent 1290 Infinity II LC system it delivers the highest level of efficiency. It is designed for untargeted sample analysis, and it delivers sensitivity, resolution, mass accuracy, isotopic fidelity, and speed in one measurement. This system can handle multiple workflows in biomolecules characterization, such as examining intact proteins, mapping peptide sequences or analyzing post-translational modifications. With design innovation specifically for large molecule analysis, the 6545XT LC/Q-TOF gives you accurate mass measurements down to low ppm levels. The instrument has a mass range that extends up to 30,000 m/z and the resolution of 50000. Optimizing your system for intact proteins is easy with SWARM autotune.
